When
do you need a Building Permit? You need a Building Permit for all
new construction with a floor area over 100 square feet, enlargement,
alteration, conversion, of a building. A building permit is also required
for decks over 100 square feet in an area, or for a new or replacement
swimming pool. Procedure for securing a Building Permit can be found

To
apply to the Planning Board please contact the Planning Board Chairman,
Brian Davidson. The process begins with a Pre-filing Conference. The Chairman
will include your request on the Planning Board agenda. It is advisable
to come to the Pre-filing conference with a sketch plan and any other
information that is pertinent to the proposal. The Planning Board will
provide guidance for completing the application process. |

Planning Board Fees Subdivision - $150.00 plus $30.00 per lot Subdivision Waiver - $25.00 Special Use Permit - $100.00 Site Plan Review - $100.00 Sign Permit - $100.00 |
